    what sets us apart?

    Open to all

Our youth wrestling club is designed for boys and girls of all experience levels - from first-timers looking for beginner-friendly instruction to experienced competitors looking to sharpen their skills. At Forge, kids don’t just join a class - they become part of a team.

As pioneers in Northwest Arkansas, we are proud to offer the region’s first girls-only wrestling class—creating a space where female athletes can train, compete, and grow with confidence. We also offer the area’s first Masters class for adults, proving that it’s never too late to step on the mat, challenge yourself, and grow stronger in mind, body, and spirit.

Because we are family-run, we treat every athlete like one of our own. Whether your goal is competition, personal growth, or simply learning the sport, our doors are open to you. Come on in!

    Is wrestling worth it?

Why should your kid try wrestling?

There are a lot of activities your kid could be doing, so why would you bother with wrestling? We believe wrestling teaches lessons that last far beyond the mat. Here are a few reasons we think your child can benefit from wrestling:

    • It builds self-confidence.

    • It teaches discipline and hard work.

    • It develops physical strength and coordination.

    • It teaches how to win and lose with integrity.

    • It's an individual sport with team support.

    • It teaches that effort directly shapes success.

    • It builds mental toughness.
